Dr. Brittany Allen, LAc, OMD

Dr. Allen graduated from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County pre-med with bachelors degrees in Biology (BS) and Psychology (BA). She attended the Maryland University of Integrative Health (MUIH), formerly Tai Sophia Institute, where she received her Masters of Acupuncture and Doctorate of Oriental Medicine degrees.

In the treatment room Dr. Allen focuses on treating presenting symptoms as well as the root cause of imbalance. Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) takes a holistic approach to health care with assessing the body, mind and spirit with the goal of feeling more at peace and ease in the body.

Dr. Allen has helped many patients with pain management including neck and back pain, headaches, migraines,sciatica and arthritis. She has experience with balancing emotions related to anxiety and depression, menstrual irregularities and managing menopausal symptoms.

Melissa Vidoni, PT, DPT

Inspired by an early experience witnessing the power of physical therapy, Melissa knew from a young age that she wanted a career centered on helping people move and heal. Dr. Melissa earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Shenandoah University in 2007 and has since dedicated her energy to guiding patients toward optimal function and long-term wellness.

In pursuit of deepening her understanding of the body, she began studying Osteopathic Manual Therapy, a holistic, hands-on approach that has deepened the care provided. She continues to pursue advanced training in manual therapies, including fascial counterstrain and muscle energy techniques, to offer the most effective and up-to-date treatments. Dr. Melissa has recently expanded her specialties to include visceral therapy to support internal harmony and balance.

As a lifelong athlete with experience in soccer, rugby, CrossFit, and Olympic weightlifting, Dr. Melissa understands the demands of both everyday movement and high-level performance. She brings that passion into her work, helping clients reach their personal and athletic goals, while staying grounded through an active outdoor lifestyle.

Lynette Stupi, MPH, IHMC, CPT

Lynette is a certified integrative health & wellness coach and received a Master’s degree in Public Health from Liberty University as well as a graduate degree in Integrative Health & Wellness from the University of Maryland, Baltimore. She has a BS degree in Administration minoring in Communications. Along with being a certified integrative health & wellness coach, she is also professionally credentialed to provide auricular therapy (ear acupressure or ear seeding), Reiki, and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction therapies to aid clients in healing and self-care. Lynette also has specialized training to assist in sleep health disorders and diabetes prevention – two prevalent health concerns that contribute to other chronic diseases.

Lynette is an exercise enthusiast and passionate about the role physical activity & movement play in wellbeing and disease prevention. She is an American College of Sports Medicine certified personal trainer, cancer exercise specialist, certified yoga instructor, somatic movement specialist and is a recognized U.S. Registered Exercise Professional (USREP). She is a Level II Exercise is Medicine credentialed trainer allowing her to work collaboratively with health care practitioners & their patients in formulating physical activity prescriptions to address specific ailments or chronic conditions. She has helped many manage cardiovascular disease, chronic pain, ADD/ADHD, fibromyalgia, PTSD, migraines, anxiety and depression through individualized exercise programs, personal yoga sessions and somatic movement sessions.

Lynette brings over 30 years of experience in health promotion and chronic disease prevention recognizing the interdependence of the mind, body & spirit and the innate healing capacity within. Lynette welcomes all, ensuring services are provided in a judgment-free safe-space with the highest level of respect and privacy.

 
 

Marianna Kamalakis, Massage Therapy

Marianna Kamalakis discovered the transformative power of massage therapy in 2017 after her first session with a physiotherapist completely shifted her understanding of what massage could offer. Inspired by its therapeutic potential, she felt called to explore massage as a meaningful complement to holistic care.

A graduate of the Central Maryland School of Massage in 2019, Marianna brings a thoughtful, client-centered approach to every session. She skillfully blends multiple modalities to meet each individual’s unique needs and goals.

Certified in prenatal and postpartum massage as well as cupping therapy, Marianna is deeply passionate about supporting the body’s natural ability to heal, relax, and restore balance—creating a space where clients feel both cared for and renewed.

Marianna has been a licensed massage therapist since 2023 and is dedicated to helping clients manage pain and stress through personalized, effective treatments. She integrates various modalities to address each individual’s unique needs.
