Lynette Stupi

Benjamin Schmidt, Reiki Practitioner

Benjamin graduated from the University of Maryland, College Park with a bachelors (BS) in Psychology. There, he developed an interest in alternative methods of healing, including energy healing. After graduating, he went through the Reiki attunement process, receiving his Level 1, 2, and Master certifications at Fairy Fresh Farm in Finksburg, MD.

During sessions, the Reiki energy subtly guides Benjamin to specific areas of need. Typically, these areas are points of imbalances, tensions, or blockages. Depending on client preference as well as his intuition, he will place his hands on the body or somewhere above it, sending the healing energy there. Each client’s subjective experience of this differs. Some feel it very sensitively, others less so; some feel heat and tingling, others feel next to nothing. Each client is unique, coming with his/her own personal experience and needs. The Reiki recognizes this fact and operates in an individualized way based on what is needed in the moment.

Benjamin has worked with clients on of the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual levels. From sports injuries to Chakra imbalances, he supports clients with Reiki’s wide-ranging healing abilities. The true healing does not come from him; it comes from Reiki.
